Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Well Food Online. We strive to ensure the best quality products and services for our valued customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered in the following cases:
- If the product is out of stock after payment confirmation.
- To be eligible for a refund Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice) is required.
2. Refund Method
All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
For example:
- If payment was made via card (debit/credit), the refund will be processed to the same card.
- If payment was made via Mobile Financial Services (MFS) such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, the refund will be sent to the same MFS number used during payment.
Note: Refunds cannot be made to any alternative card, bank account, or MFS number.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 20 to 45 working days from the date of approval. (Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank processing schedule hence the working days may go beyond 45 working days)
4. Refund Charges
A transaction fee of 1.5% to 3.5% (depending on the payment gateway or MFS provider) will be deducted as a service/processing charge, which is non-refundable.
